Josephine Wright
A lifetime resident of Topeka Kansas peacefully passed away March 26, 2025 after a short illness at Stormont Vail Hospital.
Josephine was born May 28, 1958 to Wilbur E. Wright and Ada R. (Reed) Wright.
Josephine attended Parkdale Elementary, East Topeka Junior High and Graduated from Topeka High Highschool.
Josephine also attended Bryan Career College where she got her degree in Travel and Tourism.
Josephine worked for the State of Kansas Department of Revenue, Cap City School and SLI.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wilbur and Ada
Josephine leaves to cherish her loving memories her Daughter Shaunte' Smith(Shawn Bakerville), her beautiful grand daughters Shanelle Baskerville, Sheyenne Baskerville and Shauntel Baskerville of Topeka, Sister Teresa Lewis, Janet Hill, Kimberly Wright, and one Brother Lewis Wright all of Topeka, Kansas and a host of cousins and family members.
