In loving memory of Johnnie Lee Smith. Johnnie was called home on February 2, 2026, in Junction City, Kansas at the age of 75. He was born on January 3rd,1951 in Muscogee, Oklahoma He was born to Silas Smith Jr. and Wiilie Mae Smith. After a courageous four-year battle with cancer, God called him home. Johnnie was a member of Second Missionary Baptist Church. He honorably served in the United States Army from February 1974 to February 1987. Following his military service, he worked for the city of Manhattan as a mechanic and maintenance for many years. Johnnie was known for his strong work ethic and determination, if he didn't know how to do something he would figure it out. He believed in hard work respect, and standing your ground.
